What emotion do you tend to minimize or dismiss?
Some feelings feel easier to push aside — especially if we learned early on that they were inconvenient or “too much.”
All emotions have a purpose. Noticing them without judgment can be powerful.

What messages did you receive about it?
What might change if you allowed it space?
All emotions serve a purpose, even the uncomfortable ones.
