What are you avoiding and what might that avoidance be protecting you from?


Avoidance is often a protective response, not a lack of motivation. Curiosity can create space for understanding.


Food for thought:


  • What feelings arise when you think about this situation?

  • What feels most overwhelming about facing it?

  • What support might make it feel more manageable?


Curiosity can soften avoidance without judgment.
