Many people hold themselves to standards they would never expect of someone they care about. Self-compassion isn’t about lowering expectations. It’s about being human.

  • Where are you being especially hard on yourself?

  • What would kindness look like in this situation?

  • How might grace change the way you move through this week?


Small shifts in perspective can have meaningful impact.
