At Rebuilding Resilience, we recognize life comes with difficulties that are often out of our
control. With these unexpected events or past traumas, it may be hard to find ways to move
forward. The good thing is resilience is a skill that can be learned.

Our goal is to help our clients develop thoughts, behaviors, and actions to cope with day-to-day life and heal from past trauma. We believe through therapy, our clients can achieve transformation and renewal. To
achieve this, we focus mental, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual health.
